Central Hill Resort The Mall Road, Gangtok

My stay at Central Hill Resort was quite disappointing despite some good aspects. While the rooms can be clean at times and the staff was polite, there were significant issues like the long wait for check-in and a lack of promised amenities. The location is decent for accessing MG Road, but that's offset by the inadequate dining options and service. It's okay if you're just looking for a place to sleep, but I can't fully recommend it for a pleasant experience.

I had both the best and worst experiences at Central Hill Resort. The location is perfect for exploring Gangtok, and my room was quite comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Overall, it was a mix of good service and considerable inconveniences due to the water problems.
